Julia Kubanek selected as the 2009 Faculty Woman of Distinction

Atlanta (November 6, 2009) — Associate Professor, Julia Kubanek, was selected among several nominees to receive the 2009 Faculty Woman of Distinction award on October 23 at the annual Women’s Leadership Conference at Georgia Tech.

Dr. Kubanek was chosen for her leadership as a research scientist, professor, and mentor, and was selected by a committee of students, faculty and staff. Congratulations Julia for this well deserved recognition!
